As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, I leverage my expertise in Salesforce solutions and agile project delivery to support government and public sector clients. With over three years of experience in this role, I have developed end-to-end Salesforce solutions using various technologies such as APEX Class, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. I also perform independent unit and integration testing and support UAT testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. In addition to my technical skills, I possess strong communication and collaboration skills, which I use to initiate, lead, and deliver Salesforce projects. I participate in an Agile environment, where I analyze assigned user stories and identify and resolve gaps in functional user stories and business requirements. I am also a Certified ScrumMaster® and Certified Scrum Product Owner®, which enables me to facilitate and attend meetings, provide project status reporting, and prepare and deliver client presentations and work products/prototypes.
