About Peter Negline

I am a Board Member, Committee Chairman, CEO and CFO with sixteen years of board-level experience with particular expertise in the Aviation and Financial Services industries. In an executive capacity, I have built a two decade career as an aviation Senior Financial & Strategy Executive with extensive connections across Asia and the global transportation industries, including aircraft and engine OEMs, airlines, airports and financiers. I also hold significant experience in the Financial Services industry, working as an Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager and, most recently, as the CEO & Founder of Macrolytics Pty Ltd, a sole trader business positioned for consulting work and non-executive director positions. Previously, I was the Head of Strategy & Market Research and Senior Vice President, Structured Finance at BOC Aviation. There, I led various projects involving multi-disciplinary teams, played a key role in the IPO of the company on the HK Stock Exchange in 2016 and covered the aircraft investor markets in the Middle East and Malaysia. Earlier, I was the Group CFO at Tiger Airways, where I led all financial functions for both Singapore and Australian operations. At board level, what I do is drive business growth while managing risk. I do that by leveraging my knowledge of the global macro environment, financial management, asset financing, financial analysis, strategy and risk management, stakeholder interaction, tuition and mentoring. Board-level highlights include my role as Board Member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading, Founder & Chairman of Asia-Pacific Aviation & Aerospace Forum and an executive director at the establishment of Tiger Airways Australia Pty Ltd. Finally, I hold a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Batchelor of Commerce from University of Melbourne, and I am a Graduate of AICD’s Company Directors Course.
