I am a well organized Project Manager/Advisor, with more than 14 years of hands on experience within the field of project management, Transition, Mergers & Acquisitions, cost/benefit analysis and Contract Negotiation/Management, and circular and sustainable IT Procurement, specifically within the IT field. My key focus has been on process optimization and stakeholder management, with a joint focus on customer requirements and business objectives within medium and large scale projects. I have broad experience in troubleshooting complicated issues relating to applications, hardware, and infrastructure. My approach is always to seek to identify and solve the underlying problem, in order to prevent future complications and ensure adequate documentation. I have several years of experience in Change and System Advisory Boards. I have continuously improved and maintained both physical contracts and supplier relationships for more than ten years within a global IT department. I thrive on building positive professional relationships. Working closely with customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs, exceeding their expectations, and delivering the best possible solutions is a key driver for me. I strive to customize the communication needed for each individual customer/stakeholder to ensure that everyone is on board. I am motived by the possibility of learning new skills, whether within applications, hardware or processes. My motivation also comes from meeting new people and listening to their challenges and requirements.
