Responsibilities: Provided monthly cost plans, oversaw GMP delivery on the Procure 21+ Framework, managed change control, and handled M&E accounts (under NEC3 option C). Transformation of Royal Bournemouth and Poole Hospital Sites Value: £300m Role: Peter led the team in Stage 3 to deliver the GMP for a new build Women's, Children's, and Emergency Department under the Procure 22 framework. Other Key Projects: Bedford Hospital Luton and Dunstable Hospital Lewisham and Greenwich Hospital Homerton Hospital Infrastructure Projects A new arena in Cardiff Providing support from feasibility stage advice to cost planning and delivery, including NEC programme support, production, and advice.
