As Managing Director for RUD for 20+ years, I am proud of the reputation we have earnt as the leading supplier of quality solutions in lifting, conveying, rotating and tie down chain related systems across Mining, Defence, Power Generation and Infrastructure industries in Australia/New Zealand and the South Pacific. Endurequip Hoists, purchased in 2015, is the only Australian manufacturer of mobile heavy-duty truck and bus hoists, and is also manufactured out of our RUD facility in Brisbane. Long-term success has been built on a values-based culture where people come first and through our A- grade team we endeavour to create a world-class organisation and financial independence for our team members in retirement. RUD Australia is a subsidiary of RUD, headquartered in Germany which has remained a privately owned company for over 140 years, now employing people worldwide. For over 17 years, I have also been an active member of Entrepreneurs Organisation, a global peer to peer network of business leaders. As Forum Expert Lead, I have been involved in global committees helping other business leaders 10X their businesses. My health, time and presence are my wealth, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences to help other small business owners grow and achieve their own personal and business goals.
