I am an IT Professional and my speciality is in troubleshooting, optimising, and automating IT and business processes to achieve strategic goals, greater efficiency and stronger governance. I do this by engaging with all levels of the organisation, listening for opportunities to improve and seek out root causes of problems. I have been successful because I have persistently over-delivered value, and hit cost reduction targets. I am unique in my approach because I am naturally curious about the value my stakeholders and colleagues bring to the organisation, actively collaborate with them, and apply creative and innovative solutions that complement their goals with mine.
