I’m a learning and development leader who builds programs that don’t just check boxes, they change careers. With over a decade of experience designing scalable talent development solutions, I’ve helped Fortune 500 organizations engage employees, retain critical knowledge, and drive measurable business impact. At Western & Southern Financial Group, I launched Career Launchers, our flagship enterprise-wide development program, delivering 95%+ satisfaction and meaningful growth for associates across 22 business units. I also led the design and expansion of a knowledge transfer initiative that scaled 480% in reach—resulting in both operational efficiencies and the retention of critical talent. Whether it’s onboarding, leadership development, or AI literacy, I bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a data-informed mindset to every project. My background in elite music education gave me an early foundation in coaching, performance under pressure, and instructional design. I now bring that same passion for development to the workplace—helping people grow in their careers and helping companies grow through their people. My skills and experience also include learning analytics, stakeholder engagement, and integrating AI tools like ChatGPT and NotebookLM into instructional workflows.
