I call upon nearly 4 decades of experience in senior leadership positions, in global sales, marketing, and human resources. My most recent assignment was in Culture and Talent which included culture building, talent management, performance management and leadership development. I named my company, Nautilus Leadership Coaching & Consulting, because a nautilus represents nature's grace amidst chaos; and it grows in direct proportion to its needs.
