About Peter Palombi

I have long experience in telecommunications and IT, both in national and international companies. I got an important technical experience in the first years of my career in IT and TLC, which led me to become a Senior Project Manager in Fastweb and then Head of wholesale Network North West. I became Senior Project Manager for projects of large dimensions for companies and public administrations (Province of Milan, the city of Milan, Unicredit, Auchan, etc.) Now, I cover the responsibility of Process and Tools for the enterprise market in Vodafone Italy and Project Manager HQ, where I have the responsibility of the processes of delivery and assurance and the review of all processes to support new products and the responsibility of IT information on the enterprise market, the development / roll out of the IT department with the management of the BGT. I cover the reference on the Italian market for Vodafone Enterprise Group(UK,DE) as well. The activities take into consideration the review of the performance of VF-IT and of the assessment of the costs and take place each activities to reduce the costs(saving). I have long experience in the management of resources and achieve company targets.
