Teachable, Highly Skilled Senior Customer Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer with 8 years of experience in the Contact Center software industry- particularly the Aspect Workforce Management suite, working with customers such as Wells Fargo, Geico, Pacific Gas and Electric, JP Morgan Chase, Netflix, and McKesson. These customers started with premise installations and gradually moved to Aspect Cloud /AWS SaaS. My most recent role is as a Service Support Advocate (Digital Products and Services Team) with Cummins Inc, where I am a Subject Matter Expert in the use of the Cummins IAM platform, which is a Salesforce customization. In this role I also assisted with training new hires and performing call quality auditing for frontline agents on my team. My focus is on customer experience for both external and internal customers, with proven results- some of the highest average customer experience survey scores and audit scores in whichever team or department I'm part of.
