About Peter Pilz

I lead complex digital and GxP programs where the stakes are high, the stakeholder map is messy, and delivery needs to be both predictable, compliant and human. Over the past decade+ I’ve moved from management consulting (Accenture) to scaling delivery in a fast-growing digital company (Brighten Digital), and today I combine program leadership, process excellence, and hands-on execution. My work spans Pharma/Healthcare, Retail, Beverage, Automotive, Utilities, and Oil & Gas - often in global, multi-vendor environments. Today I work as a Senior IT Program/Project Manager in global Pharma, leading a major GxP initiative (~$30M), delivering and scaling a drug product authentication platform across 67 countries (hardware + mobile/web + cloud), helping strengthen patient safety and improve response speed through faster, data-driven delivery. At Brighten Digital, I’m also Head of Project Management - I built an end-to-end delivery methodology (lifecycle, governance, standards, templates) to make project execution consistent, scalable, and easier for teams and clients to navigate. I’m known for bridging business, tech, and people with clarity and empathy - bringing strong stakeholder leadership, structured governance, and calm execution in high-pressure environments.
