After more than 30 years leading and advising organizations across Canada, the U.S, and global markets, I've have thoroughly enjoyed my transition to teaching and mentoring the next generation of business leaders at Seneca Polytechnic. I’ve guided organizations through complex transformation across digital, retail, and omnichannel ecosystems. My focus: enabling future-ready customer experience strategies, operational excellence, and cultural reinvention. At Seneca, I’ll be focusing on how industries are being reshaped by disruption, AI, and customer experience transformation. As a strategic advisor and transformation partner, I help businesses evolve by aligning human-centric design, intelligent technologies, and adaptive culture.
