So who am I? Well, I have a unique mix of experience in: 1. Operational Improvements and Implementation - Using best practices and lean six sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiencies, cost reduction, revenue enhancements in highly competitive environments. Cloud Operations - Using best of breed cloud operations to migrate applications from on-premises to the cloud 3. Organizational Redesign - Assessing organizational requirements to implement organizational changes that better leverage existing staff skill sets while fostering an environment of improved accountability and collaboration. Corporate Strategy - Using a customer centric approach to develop corporate strategies that turn core competencies into competitive advantage. Sales process improvements - Using best practices to create/updates sales processes, update growth strategies and enhance sales training leading to enhanced top line growth and profitability I am a customer focused lean six sigma professional with a track record of enhancing operational processes leading to reduced costs along with improved revenues and L2R scores. I have experience in working with technology group primes to improve the development process from requirements gathering, solution design, coding through to QA testing using both agile or waterfall methodologies. I also have experience in cloud operations and recently primed a first wave application 'lift and shift' from on-premises to the cloud. I am known for strong leadership and relationship skills and have led teams via influence or formal authority ranging in size from 2 to 100. I have motivated high performance cross functional teams through the identification of a shared vision with measurable goals. I am an INTJ I enjoy creative writing and am a published author I will challenge rules to drive improvements I am interested in Indiginous and Eastern philosophy I have two kids I work hard with a smile on my face
