I have worked in Illinois' Video Gaming Industry since it's inception in 2012. Initially I worked for one of the smallest terminal operators which specialized in large corporately owned truck stops until August of 2021. I presently work for the largest terminal operator in the state within their new CX group. The CX group's focus is to look at everything from the eyes of the location owner or players, and improve on how our company interacts with them to provide a better experience. My past experience includes sales and management experience in both merchant services (credit card processing) and luxury automobiles. I have also worked in public sector law enforcement as a Crime Scene Technician. Personally, I have lived in Bloomington/Normal for over 30 years, during which I attended school at University High School, Lincoln College at Normal, and Illinois State University.
