About Peter Quiales

MBA | Business Development & Sales Leader | Future Mortgage Loan Originator | Motivational Speaker | Financial Literacy Advocate I am a driven professional with an MBA in Finance and Human Resources and a strong background in sales, leadership, and business development. Over the years, I’ve helped businesses and individuals protect what matters most—while building teams, training leaders, and driving measurable growth. I’m passionate about the intersection of finance, leadership, and personal development. From B2B sales to launching networking groups, I thrive on creating opportunities that help others grow. My long-term vision is to expand my impact as a public motivational speaker, inspiring people to push past limitations and unlock their potential. Currently, I am pursuing my Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in California, where I plan to combine my expertise in finance with a people-first approach—helping families achieve homeownership and financial security. What drives me? Building meaningful connections, teaching financial literacy, and empowering others to reach their goals.
