I am a seasoned Technical Program Manager with over 10 years of experience building and leading skilled teams to create data and business intelligence solutions for business growth and cost savings. I am passionate about partnering with cross-functional engineering, product, and security teams to spearhead complex technical programs building data-intensive, scalable, and secure technological solutions. In my most recent role, I generated annual savings of $13MM by guiding customers to move on-prem data to cloud warehouses via new data streaming technologies. Here’s a small sample of the results that I achieved- Created dashboard designs and guided the agile team in building system health analytics dashboards, helping managers detect issues early, and reducing data warehouse processing interruptions. This saved $425K in the first year and improved issue resolution speed by 20%- Partnered with business and IT leaders to build a strategic roadmap for the new data streaming solution. Developed OKRs for data streaming pipeline readiness and KPIs for program financial performance. This initiative enhanced data availability for centralized applications, reduced costs, created new capabilities, and increased revenue- Led an engineering team to develop a.NET web application for prescription management, collaborating with the business to document requirements and leading UX design sessions with doctors. The app received a 4.6/5 satisfaction rating from doctors and helped to bring in $1.2M of new revenue via new doctor’s offices using the app. I have a passion for collaborating with others to create technological solutions that can enrich the lives of others. I also enjoy helping others to develop so that they may live the life they want. When I am not building scalable cloud-computing solutions or coaching clients, I love playing with my two children and spending time with my wife. The outdoors is our go-to. From going to the park to hiking to swimming, being outside brings us all together.
