Currently working at City National Bank (CNB). I have been with CNB for 3 years and currently a New Accounts Service Specialists in our "Callback" department. Our team is in charge of quality assurance. We focus on the accuracy of information placed on our clients profile. We also verify that all legal documentation received is valid and active before placing it in our database. Before joining CNB, I was a personal banker at Wells Fargo whereI really got to engage in the retail side of banking. I was fortunate to work along a great team and help some of the best clients. I excelled in helping many clients reach their financial goals and helped them understand financial literacy.Before jumping into the financial world I worked for a construction company as an Assistant Project Manager. I really enjoyed being part of the process of building something from nothing. I was able to be a part of doing general labor and clerical work. I assisted in running safety meetings, scheduling and quality assurance. I am still intrigued in construction and development. Receiving a stamp of approval from a satisfying client was the best part.
