During his career, he has managed 100+ customers, facilitating loan requests from $1MM to 20MM and maintained loan portfolios from $20MM to $50MM. As Senior Debt Advisor, Peter has positioned himself as a highly-skilled leader integrating business development strategies in generating leads through active prospecting and sales presentations for all asset classes, with a focus, but not limited to, multi-phase bridge and inventory financing, land servicing and construction development.
