Skilled in business partnering, data & analytics, team management and development, process/system change, and technical accounting. My ethos is to modernise and transform finance departments to streamline day-to-day processes, in order to deliver high quality, data-driven, strategic support to the senior stakeholders within the business. During my post-qualified career, I have served at Board-level, offering insight and analytics to various strategic issues. I have performed countless system changes, including embedding automation and AI tools within transactional finance, resulting in substantial efficiency gains. I have consistently demonstrated the ability to 'bring numbers to life' in order to support non-financial managers/directors to run their business area.
