After more than 20 years in the industry, I’ve learned that modern hiring thrives when these worlds work together—not in silos. Across my career, I’ve moved fluidly between roles as a senior freelance recruiter and internal senior recruiter/recruitment lead. That blend taught me how to think commercially like an external partner and strategically like an internal stakeholder. Over time, my focus has gravitated toward executive and leadership hiring, especially within SaaS, Cloud, and Security—areas I genuinely enjoy and believe will define the next wave of digital transformation. A few things that shape how I work: I’ve recruited across DACH, Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia for both technical and commercial roles - Sales, Consulting, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, and Leadership.
