Currently serving with Seajacks as Chief Engineer on Seajacks Kraken with jacking engineer instruction completed Previously sailed as 1st Engineer on board the self propelled DP2 Lift Boat Leviathan, operating in the offshore windmill construction industry in the German coastal area sailing from Cuxhaven. 2004 – 2011 Stena Line, Irish Sea Serving on board the Stena Pioneer as Second Engineer, with regular temporary promotions to Chief Engineer. During the Summer Season of 2007, I served as Chief Engineer on the Stena Lynx, an 84m Wave Pierce Catamaran, sailing between Fishguard and Rosslare. 1997 – 2004 P&O Ferries, Larne Transferred, with my ship, to P&O’s Larne - Cairnryan route which at the time was part of the Felixstowe Operation. When the company subsequently split, I remained part of the Irish Sea Operation. Later, the Larne Division merged with Pandoro. During this period I was again, on a regular basis, temporarily promoted to Chief Engineer on various ships throughout the fleet. 1990 – 97 P&O Ferries, Felixstowe Joined P&O and worked on a number of vessels, as Third, Second and Chief Engineer. 1990 Merchant Ferries Achieved first appointment as Chief Engineer, serving on ferries operating in the Irish Sea. 1984 – 90 Move from the oil industry to ferries, seeing progression through the ranks to Second Engineer. Attained Class 1 Motor Certificate of Competency.
