About Peter Roberts
Sales. That is where it started at age 11 and continues thirty some years later. I went door to door selling bulk shampoo and conditioner before I could grow a mustache. Then I graduated to tapes and cd's and then guitars. After university, I recruited, trained and managed multiple telesales teams of 15-20. While the telesales industry is challenging and a great way to build your chops, by late 2004 I was ready for a change. Finally in early 2005 I made the move into selling hi-performance boats with my brother Raymond at Double R Performance. We have experienced rapid growth and success over the last 20 years, growing from a service marina with no boat sales to one of the top hi-performance dealerships in North America. It has been a pleasure thus far. I get to sell the finest watercraft in the world. I have met and befriended amazing and intriguing entrepreneurs / clients and get to boat with them in paradise. My goal is to continue our growth along with our partners at Nor-tech and Mercury Racing while keeping our existing client base smiling on the water.
