M&A is often executed in a high pressure environment along a compressed timeline with numerous interdependent tactical activities, but my humor, team building abilities, and management skills keep my clients and team members at ease while focusing on the success of the deal- National leader PwC Canada's Technology Due Diligence practice that includes IT, Digital, Cyber Security and Data Privacy - I am a subject matter expert in IT and shared services as a result of my past experience as a Chief Information Officer and leading large technology transformations-In today’s business environment, digital technologies have already disrupted business models and changed the way work is done.
