About Peter Rodriguez

I took a job in Ayer Massachusetts coming from Riverview Florida where life became a little challenging living check to check and having no room for growth or consistency. I also felt the need to change myself to better my family and afford them an opportunity where life is More scheduled, more consistent and more growth for all. I left Riverview in 2011 taking on a new career as a terminal manager where we unloaded new vehicles from inside rail cars. It was a huge move going from Riverview to the Boston areas but it was a challenge I was motivated to take to better my family. I was given the keys to fix and change the culture in Ayer and through study, research, determination and hard work, I took the next 12 months and successfully changed the whole scope of the Ayer automotive yard leading them to achieving a perfect score on our annual inspection. Since then, the next 3 years we’ve successfully achieved awards for best facility in the network. After the 3rd year, I received a large box with numerous company shirts, hats, sweaters and received a call from my Vice President offering me a position as a regional manager of the Northeast. I gladly accepted the challenge and took the role. Since then, I give my everything to lead any operation towards the path of achieving success.
