As a beverage manager at Corner Table Restaurants, I oversee the beverage program for a group of award-winning eateries in New York City. I am responsible for creating and updating the wine, beer, and cocktail menus, training and managing the staff, and ensuring the quality and profitability of the beverage operations. I have a passion for hospitality and customer service, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of chefs, servers, and managers. I have more than 11 years of experience in the restaurant industry, starting as a server and shift supervisor at The Smith, where I learned the ins and outs of the business and developed my leadership and communication skills. I have a BFA degree in Performance from The University of the Arts, and two certifications in interior decorating and feng shui from the New York Institute of Technology and the SFSID School of Feng Shui and Interior Decoration. I have a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, and I apply my knowledge and skills to create inviting and harmonious spaces for my clients and guests. I am always eager to learn new things and explore new opportunities in the fields of hospitality and design.
