I’ve always enjoyed calling myself a “solution finder.” For me, the most rewarding part of work is helping people overcome challenges—whether that’s solving a complex business problem or simply making someone’s day a little easier. I don’t seek recognition, but I do value the quiet satisfaction of looking back and knowing I made a difference. From early on in my career, I learned the importance of understanding how roles connect and impact each other. That curiosity gave me a wider lens to see not just my responsibilities, but the ripple effects of decisions across teams. It also helped me bridge gaps, explain impacts, and work more collaboratively with others. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to expand that perspective by taking on roles in Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Each step has given me a broader understanding of how businesses run—and how thoughtful decisions can make them run better. At the heart of it all, I love bringing people and processes together to create practical, meaningful solutions.
