With 16 years of experience in management and 2 years in the hospitality industry, particularly in pet care and luxury accommodations, I have developed a deep passion for providing exceptional experiences for our four-legged guests and their owners. I am a dedicated animal lover and have had the privilege of working with various breeds, sizes, and temperaments throughout my career. I successfully manage Wag Hotels by overseeing hotel leaders, ensuring daily operations, especially the highest standards of care, and delivering outstanding customer service to our fur guests and their pet parents. I have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our furry guests. As a Regional Manager, my main objective is to uphold the reputation of Wag Hotels as a premier destination for dog boarding, daycare, and grooming services. I am fully committed to providing an enriching and stress-free experience for our canine guests and ensuring their owners feel confident entrusting their beloved pets to our care. Key Accomplishments- Ranked 1st YTD in the region out of 83 stores on Retail YTD Scorecard based on Sales Budget, Growth, Profit, Tech/Copy Services, and Customer Service Satisfaction- Ranked 19th YTD out of 1,871 stores for overall Sales, Service, and Profit ranking- Ranked 57th in the company for driving EasyTech services- Broke weekly national Staples Technical Services records in February 2010 and May 2010, placing number one year-to-date for all sales metrics within the district.
