After building a career in HR Leadership with international companies like Amundi (Asset Management) and Boston Scientific (Medical Devices and Life Sciences) I changed gears, taking my HR functional expertise into the world of Technology with Oracle. Since 2013, Oracle in EMEA has provided me with a rich ground to build and develop my career, working with great Oracle customers and high performing cross-functional teams at Oracle. Since joining Oracle I have worked across three intersecting roles and arenas in the Applications and Technology worlds:( 1 ) Principal Solution Engineer - Applications - focused on working with our customers and Oracle Sales teams to understand client needs and present / articulate / deliver solutions which enable our clients to achieve their Business goals and strategies.( 2 ) Strategy Director for EMEA Applications - As a Strategy Director my focus shifted to understanding EMEA customers at a more macro levels such that we could build a GTM strategy and enable our Sales Executives to understand and execute on all of the elements of our GTM strategy. My role was multi-faceted working across teams in Product Development, Product Strategy, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development and Engineering. My focus areas were HCM but also ERP ( 3 ) Senior Principal Facilitator EMEA - Revenue Enablement - in my latest Oracle role I am now focused on working with our EMEA Sales & Engineering teams and helping them across a range of Enablement avenues such that they are best positioned to work with and engage effectively with our customers - understanding their needs, goals, strategies and how we in Oracle can show value and help them achieve their long term goals. In summary, I have a proven ability to communicate, influence and build relationships at all levels. I am a qualified Accountant (Fellow of ACCA), hold a Masters Degree (MBS) in HR Management and am a Fellow of the CIPD.*Views expressed are my own and not reflecting Oracle views*
