I am a very experienced project manager in both Healthcare and ICT infrastructure projects. In managing my projects I have a few key principles that I follow in order to successfully realize both my project goals and customer satisfaction. My believe is that during a project a warm relation should be kept with your client. This means open and honest communication. Only in this way a lasting bond of trust can be build. A good and pleasant working environment during the project execution is for me as important as the final project result. Knowledge should be obtained with the ones that have the knowledge. Complex matter require specific knowledge. Far too often I see that poor decisions and errors are made by not consulting ones that have specific knowledge. The phrase :"Assumption is the mother of all errors" applies. Better be safe than sorry. In managing my project teams, active management and open communication is key. Communication should be bi-directional. By actively monitoring project progress, interest is shown to ones work while keeping track off progress. Healthcare projects Healthcare projects are normally build up out of a network component and care alarm component based on IQ- Messenger. The network component ranges from implementing a complete new SD-WAN, LAN and WiFi infrastructure to advising the client or 3rd party networking provider, what networking changes should be made in order to implement the care alarm component. The care alarm component is generally IQ-Messenger based. In order to make the tightest possible fit between work process and the care alarm solution a clear functional design is made in cooperation with the client. Key technologies are: Mobotix smart sensors, Evresys position tracking and care alarm, Kadex care alarm. Before and after go live an adoption program is executed to ensure a warm hand over tot the solution users.
