About Peter Rukin

I am a mediator and arbitrator at Sequitur Resolutions and a founding partner of Rukin Hyland & Riggin LLP. I have more than 30 years experience advocating for clients-both employers and employees-in court and at the bargaining table. I have represented clients in class action discrimination cases, high-stakes wage and hour claims, mass and class arbitrations, and individual employment matters. I am a long-time member of the Northern District of California ADR mediation panel, a member of the Alameda County Superior Court Mediation Panel, and a graduate of the Harvard Negotiation Institute-Advanced Mediation Workshop.
