About Peter Salander

Senior Communications Consultant with extensive experience from tv-journalism. I have worked with the largest news and morning shows in Sweden in the capacity of editor, planning, host and news anchor as well as reporter. I thoroughly enjoy acute crisis management, being in the middle of the storm and helping companies, government agencies and organizations others sort out the situation and the direction forward, and the same applies to finding the core values and “soul” in less acute situations. Storytelling is an often underestimated component in the success of a brand or a campaign, in both internal and external communication. I am passionate about coaching others to make them perform at the top of their ability and make the team work. That was the case in leading a large number of reporters on a daily basis towards successful broadcasts and web publishing. In my present position I do this through strategic workshops and media training, to educate and coach management to perform at their best and tell the stories and relay the necessary information with a minimum of misunderstandings.
