Providing Geotechnical Support Services and SSR related reporting and consulting services for customers across the globe - managing the GroundProbe Global Geotechnical Support Services Team. Off-site remote review, analysis and support for clients and on-site training for geologists, geotechnical engineers, mining engineers, crews, supervisors, managers and dispatch personnel. Charged with the development of customised training packages in topics related to the geotechnical analysis and interpretation of slope stability radar and other monitoring sensor data. Background: Specialising in steep and deep open cut as well as deep, high stress underground mining environments, seismically active mines, mine design and sequencing, rockmass characterisation, numerical modelling, geotechnical risk management strategies for steep and deep open pits. Experience with various mining methods; open cut, LHOS, narrow vein, sub-level and block cave mining. Experience gained with various backfill methods including paste and cemented hydraulic fill. Key skills include Geotechnical risk management strategies for large open cut mines, UG LHOS mining geomechanics and mine sequencing, slope monitoring techniques including Slope Stability Radar and Softrock ATS system, cost optimisation, contractor management, project management.
