This has led me to my current role as Partner and Digital Department Director at LAZZAWEB, where I work across four departments: SEO, Paid Social, Google Ads, and Tracking. I work closely with team leads and specialists to ensure that strategy, execution, and quality align across all channels and competencies. AI and automation play a central role in my work, and I’ve developed more than 20 internal LAZZA-tools that streamline workflows, reduce time consumption, and ensure consistent quality across deliverables. At LAZZAWEB, tracking and performance are an integral part of our marketing approach. We utilize server-side tracking, first-party cookies, webhooks, and Conversion APIs to give our clients accurate data foundations and significantly higher returns on their investments across Meta and Google. I believe that strong results are achieved when people, technology, and processes move in the same direction. My current role is therefore not about traditional people management, but about creating the structures and conditions that enable talented specialists to perform at their best.
