I am a hardworking and dedicated professional with a strong background in Business Analysis, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Compliance and Project Management. I have obtained extensive and concentrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis; incident and problem management; data analysis; ISO compliance; business process capturing and mapping; and stakeholder management across various companies including legal firms, financial services and the energy sector, which are all highly regulated industries. I am well versed in the Agile approach including sprints and sprint planning, retrospectives, scrums and daily stand ups, changing requirements and collaboration. These skills demonstrate my flexible and adaptable approach which is transferrable to a range of environments. I am also adept at dealing with a wide range of senior stakeholders, conveying business needs to technical teams and understand what it takes to provide innovative strategies based on data-driven insights.
