About Peter Sellis

With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, I was most recently a Director at JLL, where I lead new client transitions onto the JLL Transaction Management platform and manage the transition of new Transaction Management accounts. I leverage my credentials and my competencies in appraisal, leases, and brokerage to deliver optimal real estate solutions for my clients and enable their business success. Previously, I was the Senior Manager of Transaction Management on the UnitedHealth Group Account, responsible for lease acquisitions and dispositions across the US. I was directly involved in 30-40 transactions ranging in scope from renewals to space planning/move management projects. I was also a Regional Manager for Federal lease transactions in fifteen states, where I applied my skills in financial analysis, lease negotiations, and project management. My mission is to provide innovative and sustainable real estate strategies that support the goals and vision of my clients and partners.
