With more than 25 years’ in a diverse range of property development related businesses, I bring together my technical expertise and practical knowledge to balance the commercial and business requirements of each stakeholder. Having worked directly in consultancies, ASX listed firms, private developers, financial institutions and government business enterprises, I bring hands on experience, specialty expertise and understanding of the competing requirements of each stakeholder. Equipped with a broad range of expertise in the design, construction, funding, marketing, and analysis of projects I see the complete picture, enabling me to effectively programming projects to identify the critical paths, thus ensuring the client’s vision is realised. I have performed roles on both client and consultant side and have a full understanding of the complexities associated with significant residential developments.
