For more than a decade, I’ve had the opportunity to lead from the front as CEO - across borders, industries, and complex challenges. From revitalizing underperforming production sites in Germany and abroad to building what became the world’s largest aluminum tube manufacturing plant, I’ve consistently turned potential into performance. My journey has taken me through medium-sized enterprises, global corporations, and consultancy, where I’ve led strategic transformations and built operations that have become benchmarks in the packaging industry for the food and pharmaceutical sectors. Along the way, I’ve cultivated long-term partnerships with top-tier “A” clients and secured double-digit million-euro grants across multiple countries, ensuring both growth and stability. What sets me apart is a deep understanding of complexity paired with clear strategic foresight, a sharp focus on outcomes, and a consistent drive for operational excellence. I bring the resilience to lead through uncertainty, a strong sense of direction, and a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration—always with the goal of delivering lasting value and helping shape a sustainable, secure, and forward-looking future. Seit über zehn Jahren übernehme ich als CEO Verantwortung an vorderster Front – über Ländergrenzen, Branchen und komplexe Herausforderungen hinweg. Von der Restrukturierung schwacher Produktionsstandorte in Deutschland und im Ausland bis zum Aufbau des weltweit größten Werks für Aluminiumtuben habe ich Potenziale konsequent in nachhaltige Leistung überführt. Mein Weg führte durch mittelständische Unternehmen, internationale Konzerne und die Beratung. Dabei habe ich strategische Transformationen geleitet und Strukturen geschaffen, die heute als Maßstab in der Verpackungsindustrie für Lebensmittel und Pharma gelten. Ich habe langfristige Partnerschaften mit strategisch wichtigen A-Kunden aufgebaut und länderübergreifend Förderungen im zweistelligen Millionenbereich gesichert - und damit Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung ermöglicht.
