My goal is to integrate my belief in rigorous safety audits and a strong safety culture into our corporate ethos, contributing to a safer and more sustainable workplace. At Shell TapUp, my role as HSSE UK Lead was instrumental in aligning the UK's health and safety standards with global benchmarks. I supported and mentored the operations team, instilling a shared vision for safety and environmental stewardship. Through effective communication and a commitment to safety culture, we advanced our safety audits and practices, ensuring compliance and excellence in our daily operations.
