Freelance Production Associate with a passion for documentary and sports media projects. This past year, I worked primarily as a Production Assistant at NBC Sports. At NBC Sports, I gained experience running an edit, working side by side with editors to create compelling features and highlight segments. As a member of the Paris Olympics Daily Stories team, I worked to anticipate the needs of my producer and editor, ensuring that we could deliver our athlete profiles and celebrity features within tight deadlines. I also worked freelance on several projects, including as an Associate Story Producer for an upcoming Gonzaga Basketball documentary, and as a Production Assistant at the US Open. While working on the Gonzaga project, I dug through our extensive collection of archival, interviews, and verité footage, plotting out a narrative structure and providing string outs to ensure a seamless editing process. At the US Open, I worked in the field, helping our camera operators to ensure each feature received adequate coverage. Previously, I was a Seasonal Production Associate at NFL Films. At NFL Films, I edited segments for shows such as NFL Network's Top 100 Players of 2023 and Paramount's Inside the NFL. As the Lead Production Assistant on Top 100, I conducted interviews with NFL Players, directed shoots for B-Roll footage, and provided research and fact checking to producers, editors, and writers. I also worked as an Associate Producer on HBO's Hard Knocks, primarily logging footage and researching potential storylines. In the past, I worked on several documentary film and podcast projects for production companies like Check Point Productions, Between the Rivers, Done + Dusted, and Boardwalk Productions. These experience have helped me hone my skills in conducting archival research, logging interviews, and thinking on the fly to help wherever needed on set.
