Within Bayer CropScience, I am working within the Environmental Science department. Within Environmental Science our vision is to provide customers first choice solutions to protect and care for the environment in which we all live, work and play. The main objective for the Speciality Actives Team is to maximize the profitability for Bayer Environmental Science via the sales of Active Ingredients and Concentrates to key accounts in the field of Household Insecticides, Wood Preservation, Vector Control, Wool and Textile preservation, Paints and Pest Control Segment. As Global Business manager, I manage the operational and fiscal activities of Speciality Actives business in the region EMEA and contribute to the overall financial targets. I am responsible for all sales activities within the assigned key accounts. I manage the relationship between a business entity and it's customers. This include project management, coordination, decisive planning, managing relations and negotiations, leadership and innovative developments of opportunities. I give advice to key accounts regarding product options, provide support to a key account product requirement and maintain knowledge of new and existing products, as well as report competitive activities and systems.
