I’ve been described as a “white-collar guy with a blue-collar skill set” – a seasoned executive who is just as comfortable on the manufacturing floor as the executive suite. This complementarity allows me to bring a unique perspective to business challenges. I can fix anything. All my life, I’ve taken things apart, rebuilt them, and then optimized them to improve functionality. If I can’t find the right part for something, I’ll design and fabricate one. I’m a born inventor with a self-taught engineering skill set that encompasses a wide range of natural aptitudes in mechanical engineering, systems/structural design, and technology. My multidisciplinary background and ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data have proven successful in solving complex engineering and business challenges. My capabilities help companies improve operations to ultimately outperform the competition. VISIONARY AND ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP: I enjoy building new organizations, handpicking talent, and leading my teams through hands-on management. I get my hands dirty and take pride in being a leader who rolls up his sleeves. DIAGNOSTIC AND CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING: I am able to quickly analyze complex systems by sifting through masses of information and making connections between seemingly unrelated parts. Once I name the problem, I synthesize knowledge from different disciplines to create novel solutions.
