I am a driven, dedicated and people oriented leader. Together with the whole organization I am making a business transition from existing to new business using both incremental and radical innovation (so-called ambidexterity). This of course includes a significant culture change within the organization. Besides this production and business transition I am transforming the European Sales organisation by introducing shared services, more integrated Supply Chain with less Warehouses. In this way the organisation is more integrated, harmonised leading to more efficiency, better governance, tax compliance and governance. Fujifilm Europe GmbH, Fujifilm Europe BV and Fujifilm Europe Shared Service Sp.z.o.o are forming a joint HQ for an efficient and customer centric European organisation. With recent acquisitions in Hitachi Medical and medwork and the huge investments in Fujifilm Diosynth Fujifilm is becoming more and more a Healthcare company. Fujifilm Manufacturing Europe BV and Fujifilm Europe BV are producing and distributing photopaper, offsetplates and related Fujifilm products for the EMEA area. Fujifilm is an operational excellent company in both existing and new business. Keywords are sustainable and innovative. Fujifilm is launching membranes for water- and gas-cleaning and is starting up a ISO13485/GMP palnt for Cell Culturing Media.
