About Peter Stueckemann

30 year biotech and biopharma leader with a passion for solving great challenges in our industry. Most recently, I’ve had the opportunity to build and lead a sales team in the rare disease space of lupus nephritis, a market that is UN-developed. Prior to that, I built and led Marketing & Access teams in the biologic world of RA, Crohn’s, and psoriasis. Understanding experience barriers and developing scaleable solutions for patients and providers to gain access to medicines has been one of the greatest joys of this fun journey. I love taking what is hard, frustrating, and complicated and making it streamlined, measurable, and effective. Incorporating the principles of design into marketing, sales, operations, and analytics transformed my thinking and leadership approach over the years, and the impact has been remarkable. I’ve been blessed with increasing levels of leadership over the years in a wide array of commercial functions at large and small companies. And yet, the greatest value is always the same. When we have those moments when we intersect with an actual patient and hear them exclaim, “Your drug has changed my life!” THAT is why the biopharm / biotech business is truly the greatest industry in the world.
