About Peter Swanson

My mission and commitment: To come alongside the local church through encouragement, support and by coaching local pastors to EQUIP believers for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12). To empower the church to become a personal organism that becomes hands and feet of Jesus Christ, so the church can meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of their communities.so that the Kingdom of Christ may be built up. Many of the pastors that we meet yearn to see their flock motivated and engaged, a unified Body of Christ, on mission in their community. Unfortunately, pastors often shoulder 90% of the load, sacrificing precious time with their family for the tyranny of the urgent, yet never seeming to make real progress. Shouldn’t laboring for the Gospel, under the power of the Spirit, be joyful, fruitful, and energizing? So why do we often feel stressed, frustrated, and hopeless? We walk alongside many pastors in the same boat and our heart aches! That’s why we developed a step-by-step process to restore a healthy church and organized a pastor peer group to support you in prayer and encouragement.
