About Peter T Brucas

I am a licensed NYC DOB Construction Superintendent and Phius Certified Passive House Builder with over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry. During my time as a lead field superintendent in New York City, I immersed myself in on-site supervision, daily operations, overseeing site safety compliance, managing multiple superintendent teams, and administrative tasks—ranging from close-outs to project management for large multi-family buildings. My experience extends across a diverse range of projects, including dynamic lobby remodels, ground-up construction, green roofs, rooftop terraces, small shop fit-outs, luxury condominium construction, and apartment renovations. As the founder of Axea Construction Group, I combine large-scale best practices with a personalized touch, guided by the triple bottom line: People, Planet, and Prosperity. Leveraging cutting-edge Passive House building science to minimize environmental impact and promote occupant wellness, I engage trade partners early on to integrate their expertise into our project management approach. My unwavering commitment to quality—and keen eye for detail—guarantees top-notch craftsmanship from start to finish, resulting in high-performance, sustainable projects and long-lasting relationships with clients.
