I have 25 years of Domestic and International multi-discipline experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Emergency Response, Environmental Due Diligence, Subsurface Soils and Groundwater Environmental Assessments, Site-Specific Risk Evaluations, Civil and Environmental Remediation Construction (bio-remediation, chemical injection, soil vapor extraction, groundwater pump and treat, soil excavation, etc.), Landfill Construction, and Site Closures. I have shown throughout my career the ability to successfully complete large-scale complex projects under strict scope, schedule, financial, health and safety, and regulatory compliance. As Senior Portfolio Manager and Consultant to ConocoPhillips, I led a Team consisting of 25 Project Managers overseeing approximately 475 midstream and downstream (Retail) facilities across ten (10) Southeastern Regional States with annual revenues of approximately $15MM. As Senior Portfolio Manager and Consultant to ExxonMobil, I led a Team consisting of 20 Project Managers, Case Managers, Engineers, Geologists, and Technicians performing site-wide groundwater monitoring, subsurface soils and groundwater assessments, remedial actions, and operation and maintenance of LNAPL recovery systems at the ExxonMobil Baytown (Houston, Texas) Complex (includes the 2nd largest operating crude oil refinery in the United States). Through effective Team Management and efficient Team Performance, our awarded portfolio of work increased by 325% within 12 months, and an award of the ExxonMobil Beaumont (Texas) Refinery (10th largest operating crude oil refinery in the United States) within 14 months. My international work experience includes on-site Project Management and installation oversight of the first Environmental Industrial Subsurface Soils and Groundwater Assessment and Groundwater Monitoring Program in Chile (Occidental Chemical); and on-site Project Management and construction oversight of the first Equivalent RCRA Subtitle C Secure Hazardous Waste Landfill in South America (Occidental Chemical). These projects were completed under budget ($5MM) and within their respective schedules. My Management Experience includes working with and serving Teams of Professionals functioning as one Seamless Unit to achieve common goals for Company and Client.
