I am an experienced Site Safety Manager and I also hold a Concrete Safety, Fire Safety Mgr. And Licensed Superintendent.I Have 40 yrs in concrete experience. I am currently on a major demo job for to Vornado Realty at 2 Penn Plaza NYC. The last major projects I have done are for Con Edison, the Amazon Building,2.3 million square feet. Staten Island NY. Had 1100 Men, several cranes on project for 17 months. Was requested by developer to start up due to satisfied work on prior project which was Bed Bath and Beyond square feet. Was brought in to take over due to Stop Work Order that was given. Repaired relationship with developer and contractors so job could resume with no other work stoppages or violations. On both jobs I was approved by the Building Dept. for Site Safety Coordinator in lieu of a Site Safety Manager after they reviewed my resume and experience. Amazon job was visited by Building Dept. regularly and also audited by the Building Dept. and no violations were issued and log books were in excellent condition according to their reports to their office. Hudson Yards Tower C Coach Building had 500+ workers on site and handled all concrete operations for project. I also will pick up my Superintendents License at DOB in October.
