I began my career in journalism, working my way up from a hyper-local newsroom to the BBC World Service, where I served as a Broadcast Journalist and Producer on Newsday, the world’s largest breakfast news program. This foundation sharpened my storytelling, audience engagement, and content strategy skills; skills I later brought into the marketing and communications field. Since transitioning into marketing and communications, I’ve built a proven track record across industries such as manufacturing, banking, healthcare, tourism, public safety, sports and recreation, and emergency management. I bring deep expertise in traditional and digital marketing, communication planning, media relations, campaign development, stakeholder/public engagement, and brand strategy.
