About Peter Torstensson

I’m a hands-on and strategic Product Leader with over 20 years of experience in SaaS, Cloud, and IT. I thrive at the intersection of Product, People, and Strategy. Building solutions that scale, driving change, and enabling teams to deliver real customer value. At Telia, I had the opportunity to lead the transformation of the SaaS resell business, taking it from an early-stage initiative in the Telia Innovation Hub to a fast-growing, mature product within the global B2B portfolio. I was trusted with full end-to-end responsibility for both platform and product, and played a key role in building new teams from the ground up, from development and operations to pre-sales and local product management. I also helped shape the business model and scale the product portfolio as the business matured. Other key assignments included driving business development for Telia’s Connected Car product within the Innovation Hub, and leading the early groundwork for the product compliance program covering NIS2, DORA and related regulatory needs. I was also part of the team supporting the implementation of agile ways of working across our product and tech organization. I enjoy solving complex problems, translating big ideas into real products, and fostering teams where people feel supported, included and inspired to do their best work. Outside of work, I find energy in photography, cooking, and spending time with my family — I believe clarity and joy go hand in hand.
