Peter Trivisonno, LCSW Director of Clinical Services for Catholic Guardian Services- Previously known as Catholic Guardian Society & Home Bureau Department- Health Services Peter Trivisonno is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a site-certified Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Team Lead who holds an MSW degree with a concentration in clinical social work forensic populations from Simmons College. Before joining Catholic Guardian Services (CGS), Peter was a Psychiatric Clinician at Bronx Lebanon Hospital and Bridges Juvenile Facility. Peter's 16-year tenure at CGS; includes roles as the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Team Lead and Assistant Program Director, providing team consultation, program evaluation, and clinical oversight for the Intensive Preventative Aftercare Services (IPAS). His contributions include implementing FFT to meet city and state regulations without compromising model adherence and fidelity. He has presented on behalf of FFT National at the NYC Evidence-Based Practices Forum. In addition, at FFT National LLC's request, he presented IPAS FFT juvenile delinquency program implementation and data to FFT research and evaluation teams from Norway, Amsterdam, and Japan. Peter currently functions as the Director of Clinical Services under the Family Support Services Department of CGS. Peter also supports the CGS Family Center outpatient mental health clinic by expanding clinical services and co-consulting on evidence-based program design, implementation, and tracking at CGS.
